By creating an account or using Relatedly, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using Relatedly, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

Relatedly is an AI-powered relationship management platform that helps you store, organize, and search your professional contacts. The Service includes:

  • Contact storage and management
  • Business card scanning and data extraction
  • Natural language search powered by AI
  • Interaction logging and timeline tracking
  • Custom field definitions

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use Relatedly, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Free and Paid Plans

Relatedly may offer both free and paid subscription plans. The features available to you depend on your subscription level.

6.2 Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@relatedly.world.

6.5 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Relatedly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you store in Relatedly. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

8. AI Features

8.1 AI-Powered Search

Relatedly uses artificial intelligence to help you search and interact with your contacts. AI features are provided "as is" and may not always produce accurate results.

8.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated responses are based on the information you provide and the capabilities of our AI systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

8.3 Business Card Scanning

Our business card scanning feature uses AI to extract information from images. Extraction may not be 100% accurate, and you should review and correct extracted data before saving.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELATEDLY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relatedly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • The content you store or share through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where immediate termination is necessary.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
